This book packs a lot of useful, actionable information into a hundred-odd pages. I'm a digital shopper, but I didn't know hardly any of the things Adrian explains about our digital buying habits. First and most important, it turns out that our digital buying habits are different from out traditional habits; different in ways that matter if you are a retailer.

The book has excellent examples, from Disney to Netflix to Amazon to Pampers. Each shows what to do, or not to do. All of Adrian's work is presented in a clear writing style, without academic jargon. The book is heavily researched, and Adrian provides endnotes to all of her sources for those who might wish to dig deeper in a particular area.

I recommend this book to anyone who is involved in digital marketing as well as digital retailing - you'll learn a lot!
